Nowhere do the bright lights of the big city shine brighter than in Midtown. Center of some of New York’s most famous tourist attractions, it’s usually bustling day and night with tourists. New Yorkers usually avoid Midtown, but sometimes go there for ‘that’ New York City feel. And among the many tourist traps you will find some hidden gems. Linger on the sidewalks of the famous Fifth Avenue, lined with beautiful designer and luxury stores. Enjoy the beautiful architecture of Grand Central Station and the grandeur of Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center. Don’t miss the Christmas tree there if you’re around during the holidays. If the tall buildings start to daunt you escape into reverent quite of the Public Library and Bryant Park. Art lover flock to the Museum of Modern Art (MoMa). And then there is Broadway, still the center of theater in America and possibly the world. Midtown is perfect for getting that big city feeling and therefore shouldn’t be left out of your New York visit.
